Over the past year, we have continued to build on our mission to support school business professionals across South Yorkshire. With your support, we’ve delivered a rich programme of online and in-person events, featured expert guest speakers and offered collaboration opportunities through our dedicated platform and forums.

 

As we start the 2025/26 academic year, we’re excited to share that we have even more in store. Our new programme of networking events has already been published and we are dedicated to ensuring these bring even greater value to your membership.

 

We have added the dates to our events page on our website and will continue to update the discussion topics throughout the year.

 

We have scheduled three face to face events which are due to take place on:

 

11th November 2025

29th April 2026

2nd July 2026

 

We have also organised our first online event for 6th October 2025 where we have invited South Yorkshire Funding and Advice Bureau (SYFAB) to present on ‘Grants and Funding for Schools’.

The 2025/26 membership fee is £100 per school, which is the same as last year and this offers:

 

· Unlimited access to the SYSBL online platform

· One free place at each of our networking events (additional places available on request)

· Access to key events and notifications from our sponsors

Being a member of SYSBL already we will automatically renew your membership.  Please don’t forget that if your school buys into Learn Sheffield or RoSIS then access to SYSBL is part of this package. ​
